Why we sell this converter

After launching Rorschach, we found that not all converters are the same. Two converters can look identical but use different internal chipsets, and only some chipsets handle Rorschach's very low-resolution composite signal properly. With the wrong one, you can get an intermittent picture that keeps dropping out to a blue screen.

So we sourced a stock of converters that we've tested with Rorschach and know work reliably. You can buy one on its own here, or save with our Rorschach + converter bundle.

How to use it

• Plug Rorschach's composite video output into the converter's yellow RCA input.
• Connect the HDMI output to your display, projector or capture device.
• Set the converter to 1080p for the best results with Rorschach.
• Power it from any USB port using the cable supplied, or a 5V DC supply.

No drivers or software are needed. You'll need your own RCA and HDMI cables.
