Shipping policy

Lumatic Visual Devices ships from the United Kingdom. This page explains how long orders take to leave us, what shipping costs, and where we deliver to.

Processing times

Rorschach devices and DIY kits are built to order. Lead times are currently less than 2 weeks, and many orders ship the day after they're placed.

T-shirts are print-on-demand and ship directly from our print partner, not from us. They're usually ready to ship within 5 days of ordering.

If you order a device and a T-shirt together, including the Rorschach + T-shirt bundle, they'll arrive in separate shipments.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is on its way, with tracking information where available.

T-shirt shipping is charged separately from device shipping, including when bought as part of a bundle.

Digital gift cards

Gift cards are delivered by email, so there's no shipping charge.

Import taxes and duties

EU customers: import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so you won't be charged anything extra when your parcel arrives.

US customers: US import duties and fees are already included in our US prices and are paid by us before your parcel leaves the UK, so you won't be charged anything extra when it arrives.

All other countries outside the UK: your order may be charged import taxes, duties or customs fees on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority, aren't included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Choosing PAL or NTSC

Please make sure you choose the video standard that matches your display or region before ordering (PAL for UK / EU / Australia, NTSC for USA / Japan). Devices are set to this standard when they're built, and it can't easily be changed after shipping.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If there's a delay with your order, we'll let you know. If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn't arrived when you'd expect, please contact us at hello@lumaticvisual.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
